Adult Enrichment classes bring community together through learning

Community Education’s Adult Enrichment program provides adults accessible ways to get inspired, try new things and engage in the community. 

A recent ‘Tantalizing Thai Cuisine’ cooking class, led by instructor Jeff Sandino, drew a full group of participants at Osseo Middle School eager to learn dishes such as Vietnamese spring rolls, Pad Thai and Thai lime custard topped with fresh whipped cream. The evening included hands-on instruction, fresh ingredients and sampling of their culinary creations, sparking conversation at each table. 

Adult Enrichment classes are held year-round and include topics such as arts, nutrition, wellness, finance to media and technology and more. Classes are taught in person or online and are open to all adults in the community. Registration is available online or by calling 763-391-7242.
